Welcome to Courseware Assistance Request Support

The Courseware Assistance Request Support (CARS) process allows members of the Army distributed learning (DL) development community to request support for resolving technical issues within their courseware. The CARS Team will analyze the request and communicate with the development team to understand issues and provide a possible solution. Every request is assigned a unique request number, which allows you to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, all requests are archived to provide you a history of your request. You must be a Government representative and provide a valid email address to submit a request.
