ATIS Learning Onboarding Process
Last Updated 23 days ago

These steps are provided by the Certification Standardization and Specification Team (CSS) for IMI courseware developers and managers wishing to get courseware certified for placement onto ATIS Learning.

Step 1: Submit Course Details Form

Please begin by completing the Course Details Form. This helps us (the CSS Team) understand your course and begin the transition into ATIS. You’ll find this form—and other onboarding resources—at the Onboarding Documents (only accessible inside Army network).

Step 2: Complete CTE Training

Ensure all team members complete the required CTE training courses outlined in section 3B of the Onboarding Guide.

Step 3: Access the CTE System

After training, attempt to log in to the Content Testing Environment (CTE). This lets us gather account details and prepare your user environment: https://learn.cte.atis.army.mil/moodle/admin/tool/supercert/index.php.

Step 4: Build the Course

Once in the CTE, start building and testing your course. This system mirrors the production version of ATIS LMS and helps identify issues before production.

Step 5: Group Trial Preparation

When your course is complete, contact us to schedule a group trial. Send us a list of users you'd like to participate, along with the following documentation:
  • Letter of Instruction (LOI)
  • Course Map
  • Answer Key
  • RCC Debug Logs
  • Screenshot to confirm roll-up functionality

Step 6: Final Certification

After group trials are completed, we will begin the certification process. Depending on your course content, we may request additional materials, such as debug logs, to finalize approval.
